Kinetic light butterflies are placed in the trees all along the path. With the gentle breeze and their movement mechanisms, they slowly open and close their wings. Light flows along the veins of the wings which constantly change their movement, making every step along the park path a unique experience.
All the paths in Viesturdārzs become independent spaces of light, each with its own character and visual story. All the installations are united by one artistic idea – light exists only in motion.
