Old Riga is unimaginable without the Three Brothers – the oldest residential buildings in the city. The project “The Three Brothers’ Labyrinth” will let the buildings be seen with a new face and in a new light.
During the project, anyone interested will be able to try their luck at guiding a ball through an obstacle course, taking care to avoid holes. When the game is over, the Three Brothers will light up in a colourful play of lights that will be determined by the result of the game. The Three Brothers moniker of this group of medieval dwelling houses originated from a similar group of warehouses in Tallinn bearing the name Three Sisters.
Be that as it may, after the Festival of Light “Staro Riga”, at least in terms of visual transformation, the Brothers will be more experienced than the Sisters…
