36 REVITALISATION

Everyone needs a moment to pause, regain strength and recharge for a new stage of life. The installation reminds us that even a brief moment devoted to ourselves can be the beginning of positive change and inner revitalisation. The three circles of light create a mysterious space where smoke and light merge into one. As visitors enter the cloud of smoke, they experience an infusion of energy and light therapy and feel renewed. Soft light and drifting smoke create the sensation of being surrounded by positive energy, bringing a feeling of peace, safety and balance.

This symbolic light therapy encourages reflection on regaining inner strength and finding emotional respite. It offers the chance to experience a peaceful, emotionally fulfilling moment in an urban setting, where nature becomes an ally in human wellbeing. As visitors leave the circle of light, they symbolically leave fatigue and everyday stress behind, taking new energy, a sense of lightness and inspiration to continue their journey. The installation reminds us that even a brief moment devoted to ourselves can be the beginning of positive change and inner renewal.

The installations in the Kronvalda Park route of light “Awaken!” invite visitors to stop briefly, to breathe in, look around and feel themselves here and now. Light becomes the flow of time, a symbol of hope and a person’s inner light. It invites us to awaken a sense of wonder at the moment and reminds us that every moment, however brief, can become special if we truly experience and feel it.
