The “Staro Rīga” festival of light invites everyone in the business community to get involved in the celebration and contribute to the festive atmosphere. The partnership programme “Staro Rīga” offers is a vital part of the festival. Many companies have cooperated with “Staro Rīga” since the inception of the celebration, and every year new companies join in.
Swedbank, TV Latvia, and the Museum of Art participated in the first festival of light. In the second festival, last year, “Merks” lit up buildings in Skanste Street, “Laima” created an installation in Konventa sēta, Tele2 illuminated the Vērmanes Garden, “Arēna Rīga” joined in, and a creative group created unusual displays at the Open Air Museum.
