Just as people’s character and appearance changes during carnivals, so Latvia is undergoing wonderful changes and improving itself thanks to the support of EU Funds.
Europe’s Cohesion Policy is the money that is developing Latvia. As the 2007-2013 EU Fund programming period comes to an end and the next one begins – this light installation for the 2014-2020 programming period will reveal how EU funding granted under the Cohesion Policy helped implement numerous projects that have benefitted the entire Latvian community. In addition, all stakeholders, engaging with the light installation, can themselves create positive change. How? By coming along and participating!
