On September 2015, the Freeport of Riga organized an international photo project \u201cOsta. Cilv\u0113ks. V\u0113sture.\u201d (\u201cPort. Man. History.\u201d) in honour of the 815th anniversary of the Port of Riga. The goal of the project was to gather the historical photographs of the Port of Riga and create an archive of documentary photographs that would reflect the daily life in the port, the work rhythm, the historical development and achievements. As a result of the project, an exhibition was created that can now be viewed as part of the \u201cStaro R\u012bga 2015\u201d festival under different circumstances and in a different environment \u2013 on the fa\u00e7ade of the unique building of the Freeport of Riga that is located in one of the most beautiful parks in Riga \u2013 Kronvalds Park.<\/p>\n
