Since 2008, Riga has been illuminated by contemporary outdoor installations, video and lighting technologies, at the darkest time of the year; which coincides with Latvia\u2019s Independence celebrations. The exposition traces the development of <i>Staro R\u012bga<\/i>\u00a0Festival and looks back at the best light festival installations of the six years it has been running.<\/p>\n<p><i>Atkl\u0101j R\u012bgu<\/i> Exhibition Hall is located in a historic warehouse building in Vecr\u012bga, Old Town, on Aldaru Street 5.
