Name of the project: RIGA STORY \/ UME\u00c5 STORY Riga<\/strong><\/p>\n Place: Town Hall Passage from the side of Tirgo\u0146u Street<\/strong>\/Ume\u00e5: Glass House<\/strong><\/p>\n The people of the two European Capitals of Culture in 2014 \u2013 Riga and Ume\u00e5 \u2013 will meet in a virtual environment during two festivals of light. Both of these festivals take place simultaneously.
