Name of the project: Linden Alley<\/strong><\/p>\n Place: 11th November Embankment<\/strong><\/p>\n Special spotlights, which are installed in the tree alley along the Riga embankment, change the urban landscape and give it a mysterious atmosphere. Pulsating on and off, searchlights highlight the urban landscape and trees, the river and the boats. The changeable intensity of the lights adds to the impression that there was a big jack-o’-lantern hung over the Daugava River promenade.<\/p>\n We disappear and we emerge<\/p>\n we – little false sparks.<\/p>\n People meet and part<\/p>\n the same as sparks in the dark.<\/p>\n \/ Fricis B\u0101rda\/<\/p>\n Project creator and implementer: Company NA Ltd.<\/p>\n Project sponsor: The Riga City Council<\/p>\n
