Within this circle of light, the story of the messengers of dawn unfolds through seven chapters \u2014 seven Morning Tales that rouse the city and awaken the heralds of the coming day.\nThe sun illuminates the world \u2014 morning has begun! The First Ray of Sun.\u201d blends video and laser artistry to create a vivid multimedia story on the Gun Powder Tower.\nIts creator, Artis Vilks, has spent more than a decade working in light and multimedia project design. His digital installation \u201cUrbaniode\u201d at the Liep\u0101ja Centre Primary School stadium (2022) and the laser installation \u201cBlow the Wind!\u201d (2022) were both voted audience favorites during the \u201cIlluminated Liep\u0101ja\u201d walk.
