During the \u201cStaro R\u012bga\u201d light festival, the city fills with the murmur of crowds, with joy, light, and colour \u2014 a true DAWN \u2014 standing in contrast to the usually quiet, dark streets of Old Riga at night. Within this circle of light, the story of the messengers of dawn unfolds through seven chapters \u2014 seven Morning Tales that rouse the city and awaken the heralds of the coming day.<\/p>\n<p>The glow of dawn\u2014the first wave of light\u2014begins to awaken the city. On the walls of its buildings, shadows, stained glass, and reflections of ancient times come to life, recalling the city\u2019s old souls. They trace the industrial era, the moment when electricity and metal emerged as new forces of energy. Then the light transforms into a digital language, mirroring modern Riga\u2014a dynamic space shaped by data and human connection.
