Within this circle of light, the story of the messengers of dawn unfolds through seven chapters \u2014 seven Morning Tales that rouse the city and awaken the heralds of the coming day.\nDawn is coming, and daybreak approaches. Another moment for nighttime dreams, and now morning is slowly approaching. Time to wake up. Time for a new day.\nThe video and light installation DREAM. AWAKENING. will illuminate the Town Hall using mapping technology. In 2025, a young video artist Sandija Trautmane received recognition for creating the most popular artwork in the \u201cIlluminated Liep\u0101ja\u201d walk, and this time she will conjure up scenes of awakening in Town Hall Square. The projection uses mapping technology, and for the second time in Latvian light events, video-capture technology will be used to trigger light installations that will colour the environment around the projection and the surrounding buildings.
