During the \u201cStaro R\u012bga\u201d light festival, the city fills with the murmur of crowds, with joy, light, and colour \u2014 a true DAWN \u2014 standing in contrast to the usually quiet, dark streets of Old Riga at night. Within this circle of light, the story of the messengers of dawn unfolds through seven chapters \u2014 seven Morning Tales that rouse the city and awaken the heralds of the coming day.<\/p>\n<p>This is the moment before \u2014 the moment before dawn \u2014 soon the world will burst into shades of red, orange, and sun-yellow \u2014 morning is approaching.
