The various colour worlds conjured up on the facades of the Town Hall and the building at Kungu Street 1 will encourage visitors to catch moments of colourful lights on their phones,<\/p>\n
Each of the worlds will describe human values, emotions and life experiences using different colours. Each colour will reflect a different theme or emotion, providing visitors with a colourful and unusual experience.
