ON NOVEMBER 18TH, DURING “STARO RĪGA”, THERE WILL BE A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW THE EXHIBITION “PODNIEKS’ SPACE-TIME”

The exhibition “PODNIEKS SPACE-TIME” has been created to mark the 75th birthday of renowned Latvian film director and cinematographer Juris Podnieks (1950 – 1992). It offers viewers the opportunity to immerse themselves in the life of Juris Podnieks; to feel, observe and reflect together with the director, to understand Podnieks’ time and events, and to get to know his like-minded friends and colleagues. At the heart of the exhibition, visitors can step inside a space surrounded by light on all sides and watch a 35-minute, 360° projection.
