Name of the project: IQ FROG

Place: Canalbank at Valdemāra Street

The rarest one of the five Latvian frog species is the IQ frog. It has a variable colour, usually bright. The change of the frog’s colouring is affected by the mood of the people around it, as well as humidity. The frog likes to draw people’s attention to itself.
