Place: On both sides of the Riga canal, at the Opera bridge
We know about high-tech achievements in automobile-building, but are the cars able to speak? Festival visitors at the site and on the website www.baltaispretmelno.lv will be able to choose between two Audi Q3 cars – a white and a black one – and make them illuminate the visitor’s name on the opposite bank of the canal in Morse code.
