VIRTUAL INSPIRATION RIGA
Town Hall Passage (Rātsnama pasāža)
Mazā Jaunavu Street
The object “Virtual Inspiration Riga” will demonstrate how you can virtually travel to any place in the world. This time, the journey takes place in Riga – the premises of the Town Hall Passage will turn into a fantasy Zaķusala, that has been virtually covered with buildings by the people of Tallinn. This project “Pasaule bez arhitekta? / World Without Architect?” initially represented Latvia in the Tallinn Architecture Biennale where visitors were given the opportunity to build a house in virtual space, creating the architecture and design of the building themselves. In this object, the process of how the virtual television tower turns into a physical one is demonstrated by a Mass Portal 3D printer.
