“Runway” is a light installation designed to create associations with movement, speed, and continuous advance. It consists of dynamic LED strips imitating a take-off runway – the light strips rapidly accelerate and seemingly disappear into the distance, creating the illusion of the beginning of flight.

The object symbolizes the constant desire of man to reach new heights and overcome limitations, confirming the development and rhythm of our time. It invites festival visitors to reflect and interpret the theme of light not only as a physical phenomenon, but also as the symbol of unlocking ones potential when we choose to move forward in both personal and global context, asking the question, what is there behind the illuminated broken lines?

“Runway” offers the onlookers a moment when they can become a part of this metaphorical ascent and feel the energy of movement illuminating the path to the unknown.
