Central market – ‘Roots’ Pavilion
The center of Riga, her central market, hosts a pop-up restaurant with the world’s smallest chef. Your dinner plate will be transformed in the chef’s kitchen and through a video projection the story of food and its creation will unfold in front of your eyes. All dinner guests are promised a three-course virtual meal with the hopes to satisfy their hunger with light and tasteful humor. Bon appetite!
