At times like these, when the streets of Riga are wrapped up in autumn twilight, light creates the feeling of joy and inner warmth. This is the reason why AS “Latvenergo” is participating in the project “Riga Carnival” of the festival “Staro Rīga 2015” with the illuminated administrative building on Pulkveža Brieža Street 12. During the festival, the building lights up in various colours to positively charge each viewer and bring inspirational energy with lots of colourful and friendly emotions. Let’s enjoy the atmosphere of celebration in Riga together!
